The Department of Procurement of the College was established to harmonized all existing Government policies and practices on Public Procurement and ensuring probity, accountability and Transparency in the Procurement process i.e to make sure that due process has been observed at all procurement stage. Also ensuring the application of fair, competitive standard and practices for the procurement and disposal of public assets and services and the attainment of transparency, competitiveness, cost effectiveness and professionalism in the public sector Procurement System. As it is always referred to as the “Due Process Office” which the Head is responsible to the Chief Executive of the College.
