Vision: To dig a deep acknowledgement for the past through equipping students with critical thinking skills that includes encouraging an understanding of diverse historical narratives and their impacts on the present and the future society. An Overview History Education Department was established in Federal College of Education, Jama'are in 2024 with Mal. Sagir Umar Yana as the pioneer Head of Department and three other members of the staff; Aliyu Ahmad Mado, Muhammad Usman Jajere and Ahmad Jibrin Kosoro.
