Lib. Musa Ya’u; hail from Giade Local Government of Bauchi State Nigeria. He had a Bachelor of library Science and Masters of Library and Information Sciences from the prestigious Universitiy of Maiduguri in 2011 and Universiti Malaya (Malaysia) in 2017; he also had a Post-graduate Diploma in Education from University of Maiduguri in 2020. Before his appointment as the pioneer College Librarian; he is a senior staff at the Bauchi State University Library.he joined the service of Bauchi State University, Gadau in the year 2013. As a young and promising individual, with expertise in library automation and digitalization ICT; he severed as the head of E- Library of the university from 2013 to 2015. He contributed immensely towards the digitalization of the University library, trained students on the effective use of the E- library. He was the Chief Librarian of faculty of law from 2017 to 2019; he also serves as head of Circulation and Serial during his time at the University. He has attended and present paper in local and international conference, workshops as well as training. He also has series of publications.
